How to clear active message for operator configured to handle chat
We have an issue where one of the operator is not able to recieve chat message. On analyzing we found that operator has 3 active message and capacity for operator to handle chat is also 3.
Due to which operator is not recieving messages. to check operator availabilty we ran D_AvailableCSRsForAQueue datap page. Screenshot attached.
Can anyone help us to remove active message.
