How to attach a pdf file to an email automatically

I have one scenario where we have few results in a page list and need to import them into an pdf and need to attach it as an attachment to an email.

you can display the results in a grid and then create pdf smartshape to get pdf and sent mail if required which will automatically attached as case attachment.

If the pdf if attached to your case then you can directly call the OOTB rule sendemailwithallatatchments ,if the pdf is not there in the case then first form a stream rule i.e. use a grid inside a section , sourcing it with ur page list/data page . You can refer to the OOTB activity generatePDF which takes stream rule as parameter and genereates a pdf . There are two option from here , either you download the file in your export directory and then attach it while sending email or directly use the binary contents of your stream rule while sending the mail.

1.Generating PDF : Create Section and use repeating grid to populate the pagelist Data and Create a flow and use Generate PDF smart Shape and pass the parameters for Section name and attachment Category. Now the the PDF generate and attach into your case.
2. Send Email with PDF: Create flow and add Send Email smart shape and add the to and corr param and select the attachment and refer the PDF attachment Category. Now the the mail will send with PDF attachment.
