attach PDF file in outgoing email
I need to send an email with a PDF file attached. I have creaed PDF file before the send email step. However, I have not found a way to attach the PDF in email. Is there a way?

if you can use sendemailwithallattachments which suits your requirement

Hi Dyan,
Please find different solutions below:
1) You can use createpdf smart shape right.
2) Or, you can use sendemailwithallattachments activity for this scenario if Pdf is already got attached to the case.

There is out of the box Send Email utility which has chekbox for send attachemnt. Would anyone help me if we can use it to attach the PDF and contents in the email. I used the Send Email utility followed by Create PDF and Attach Content utility. The PDF and binary files get attached and email is sent but the PDF and binary files do not get attached and sent in email.
I also added sendemailwithallattachments in the utility shape in a next step. This also did not attach email thought email without the attachment was sent. Also I notieced that sendemailwithallattachments does not attach email in the case.
I found that when attach all is selected, all attachments are sent in email. However, if I selecte each of the category from the array as given in screenshot, no attachment is sent in email eventhouth they are created and attached in the case. What could be the issue?
