How to attach files to external assignment

As Pega doesn’t provide that option, just want to know is it possible or not possible. If it is possible , what is the right way to do it.

 

Note: Tried to resave ExternalRequestComplete  final activity with different name, but Java codes its self doesn’t allow to resave (getting exception).Refer attached the doc for futher Information
