How to read PDF file from shared location and attach to WO

Hi,

Could anyone suggest me on how to read pdf file from shared path and attach it to the work object.

Hi Hyma,

You can use File listener to pick the file and later in service activity, you can have a logic to create and attach files to WO.

Hi Divya,

Below is my requirement:

The shared folder contains 2 files of type CSV and PDF format. We have to create a WO by picking up CSV file from a shared location and attach the CSV and PDF file to the newly created WO.

Currently we are using file listener to fetch CSV file and creating a WO.

We need help on how to auto attach both the files by picking up from a shared location to the newly created WO.
