How to Add Out of Box KPIs to Application?

Hello,

I am not able to view the Out of the Box KPIs (i.e. Volume) when I create an application in Pega.

I know the KPIs exist because I get the following error message when I try to create the Volume KPI from scratch.

I cannot see or select the Volume KPI for this application however.
