Thanks for posting on PSC.

You can select "Use native control on mobile" option for OOTB controls such that it opens native specific things.

It will automatically open, mobile-specific type of controls.

Similarly, if you give "Number" as the "Editable Format"(Under Presentation tab) for "Text Input" control. In native mobile application, when the user clicks on this field it will open keyboard with numbers.

 Also, for link control, select Type as "Phone" under Presentation tab. It will allow the user to open the link value(i.e Number) in this case to open in number pad of the phone to make calls. If you configure email, it will automatically open up the mail box with drafted mail recipient as link value.

Hope it gives you the idea of creating a mobile application in Pega.
