High frequent PEGA0005 alerts related to pr_data_admin_sec_cert.

Hi Team,  We have upgraded recently from PRPC731 to PRPC842 and we could find the below mentioned PEGA0005 alert related to pr_data_admin_sec_cert clogging high and heavy. Our DBA couldnt find anything to fix and we are looking for Pega's expertise to resolve the same.

SELECT pzPVStream AS "pzPVStream" from dbo.pr_data_admin_sec_cert WHERE pxObjClass = ? AND pyIsCertificateActive = ? inserts:

Anyone faced similar issues ? Any missing indexes required to be implemented ? Any further tuning required to be updated or implemented from a data stream prpc functionality perspective ?
