There are several points I would like to point out here:
1. First, please check the distribution of these alerts, if most of the alerts KPI fall under certain value (e.g., 1 sec), you may consider increase the threshold to 1 sec to eliminate majority of the alerts.
2. Do work with DBA to make sure all these update queries are tuned and normal from DBA's perspective.
3. When using PDC, I see this query in the improvement plan for all my internal environments (which do not have much load at all), so this might not be problem at all, it is used for updating dataflow metrics. In fact, PDC actually gives us an distribution like here - which will guide you what threshold is set to eliminate most of the alerts (assuming you already confirmed with DBA and consider this is 'normal').
