Help need Pega 8.3 Installation Personal Edition

Hello,

I have used pega 8.1 in my local machine and i downloaded and installed the Pega 8.3 PE, while installing it asks for DB type and a Database configuration

someone help me to clear some doubts,

1. what is mean by JDBC jar file

2. How to configure the Database connection and test.

Hello rakss, Now i am able to complete the config details for the DB connection I'm facing error at console that clean the schema try again and failed to load 'sqlj.jar' under my schema i have created sqlj previously And i need a help that which postgres driver jar file is best suited for the installation. Can u please provide link working jar file ??
