Grey out disabled dropdown in review section
How to make a dropdown condition grey out when reviewing the section?
In the attachment, category and status is dropdown field. Since it is not editable in review section, it should not be highlighted.

post a screenshot of the configuration that you have done, if it is ok.
Alternatively, you can add a field (Text Input marked as read only always/use pxDisplayText) and use visibility condition to display either dropdown (editable mode) or readonly text field.
I would recommend to troubleshoot the disable issue, if it doesn't work, then you can go for this alternative.
