I do not believe we have such a thing, but we do have row visible when. That would as the name implies totally hide a row based on a certain condition. Would that meet your needs here? Or at least give you an equivalent behavior that is close enough?

Have some when condition while displaying it and apply following inline style

<pega:when name="WHENRULE">color: red;</pega:when> 

justify this warning as well, as we r not supposed to use this. 

or have another section with geryed bg color and display that when conditions are met.
