Got the exception Invalid delay time: -98468 for an agent

Got the exception Invalid delay time: -98468 for an agent which is scheduled to run at 3.30AM CST. We could see the agent start time is 1 second prior to the scheduled time. The agent was started at 3.29.59. Can any one help on this. I know if the agent start time is at midnight 12 we could encounter this issue.
