Delay an agent
We have a scenario where when an agent runs few work objects are getting locked by the first agent activity and hence second agent activity is failing as it has obj open by handle on the fist step and jump condition when it fails to acquire lock
How do we overcome this scenario?

Hello,
Here first agent means first agent activity. When this activity runs WO gets locked. and when second agent activity starts running.
My error message is same as the error message shown in the below link https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/agent-unable-acquire-lock-case
but i could not understand how to delay an agent

Sorry I don't get it.
If the first activity is already getting the lock on WO, why do you need to do it again on second activity then? Are you queuing to another agent as well? If yes then the second agent will have to wait for the first to finish and release the lock I guess.

Yes we are queuing to another agent.
Is there any way we can delay the second agent run?
