Agent is in exception

Hi All,

           We are getting huge OPS0015 alerts in production. We can see PushNodesInfo daily agent is in exception. Can anyone suggest how to solve this exception.

@PrasadN16719109 the error extract: "Unable to fetch complete node info for the node pega-swc-prod-batch... "

OPS0015: Agent status issues: an agent has encountered an exception

Does it occur after restart?

Does Admin studio display all nodes related data?

Can you please check the entries in pr_sys_status_nodes table if it has any stale nodes?

Can you please check the full logs output?

Also I note you are on Pega 8.5. 

----> Please see the Resolved Issues for  ISSUE 652187 (Resolved Push Node Daily Information) exception.  This has been fixed in Pega 8.5.4.

.  INC-171587 is also fixed in later versions ie 8.6.1 onwards.
