Getting java.lang.Throwable error in the email listener activity

Hi,

There is a Log-Message in step 11 of the activity which says "&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&Email Listener browse Started At" +@CurrentDateTime()+ "    "+WorkObjectPage.pzInsKey+"&&&&&&&&&&&". The message is present in the Log snippet provided.

You said step 11 does this: "&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&Email Listener browse Started At" +@CurrentDateTime()+ "    "+WorkObjectPage.pzInsKey+"&&&&&&&&&&&". 

But in the output you provided, I don't see a pzInsKey listed:
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&Email Listener browse Started At20190208T120625.894 GMT &&&&&&&&&&&

Yes, I noticed that but as I mentioned in my last comment it seems like every log-message step in the activity is throwing the same error and only this one had the pzInskeys involved. The others are simple text.

You may want to open an SR to dig into this further, as the full log would be helpful to see and this may require a screen share. It may be beneficial to try and confirm what, if any, changes were made to the environment / application around when this was first observed.
