I am getting a below error in Email Listener
I have configured an email Listener .
WHile the Email is listened the Email body is not getting parsed. With no changes done.
The body looks like this :
<#/S#/>1001205<#/,#/>AXTEL-O-MS-MX<#/,#/>52222222<#/,#/>ANY<#/,#/>ANY<#/,#/>ANY<#/,#/>Queued<#/,#/>ANY<#/,#/>07/21/15
10:09:52<#/,#/>ANY<#/,#/><#/,#/>IPTV<#/E#/>
But in the logs i Checked the the body is not getting propery :

The scenario is like following:
When an email is sent to the configured account and Service activitty creaes work items.
the Body has to be in the format mentioned ebove.
It was working fine before ,
but now, when I am trying to send the email, theService activity picks up the body of the email is not getting in properly.
The subject is getting parsed perfectly.
but the logs captures the email Body as :

What would be the reason for this
Hi Abhishek,
Is your request containing multipart header? Can you add DEBUG to "com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener" class and run the scenario again? Thereafter share the PegaRULES logs.
