java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException
Hi ,
Production logs are getting filled out with below exception, i didn't understood about the exception by seeing the log,
as it seems to be a known product issue (Support PDN article:SA-10387). Attached complete log file.
Please provide the resolution to get rid of this exception.

As you already pointed out the SA number that explains the solution, which is to install HFix-22326, did you already try that and it didn't help ?

I couldn't get the details about HFIX-2236 from PDN, so i may need to raise a support request with Pega.
I couldn't understand the configuration of those environment elements that causing log exception .

Hi,
I think that you are right that you will need an SR in this case in order to get the hot fix. I checked pdn self-service under the my-support portal, and I don't see any Pega Platform 7 hot fixes listed. /Eric
