Getting feedback from external client

Hi Team,

I have requirement, i am sending mail to client(end user) in that mail feedback survey is there. After end user submitted feedback i need to attach to same work id. How can i get without giving any pega credentials?

Would Directed Web Access (DWA) work for you?

External assignments through Directed Web Access

You could potentially make the survey itself an external assignment for the work object using DWA.
