Feedbacks from Pega

I have integrated PRPC and JIRA. But I am not able to find where feed backs are getting updated in JIRA. For User story and bug I am able to find. If we convert the feedback to bug or User Story then we can find as it will be available in all issue section.

Feedbacks created in Agile workbench are created in pega database only. Feedbacks are not synced to Jira or project managment tool.

Feedbacks cannot be converted to bug or user story using Jira. can be converted using manually. Feedback is stored in database.
