CDM Bridge success story and client feedback

Hi,

A client I am working with at the moment is currently on CDM 6.4 with a mix of RA and Headless decisioning. They are interested in exploring the CDM Bridge option (as opposed to a full fledged PRPC re-implementation). I understand that an upgrade to higher CDM versions is needed and I am aware of the upgrade path. I have the following questions:

1. Are there any Chordiant Decision Management clients that have opted to use CDM Bridge with PRPC to reuse / extend the life of their current CDM investment? What has been the feedback?

2. Is this a stable add-on and offers full logic support (reusing existing decisions etc...)

3. Any drawbacks to using the bridge from a performance, reliability & maintenance point of view vs existing CDM installation

Hi there,

 

 the CDM Bridge works with CDM 6.8 and it allows the usage of CDM decisions in Pega applications and a set of migration wizards that would allow one to migrate Propositions and Integration History.

Since you have to upgrade to CDM 6.8 and than work with the CDM bridge my advise would be to move directly with  Pega.
