Getting an error while importing bulk operator load zip.

Hello,

I have a requirement that need to create around 1000+ operators. I reached a component named Bulk Operator Load and downloaded it. But when I try to import the zip (Designer Studio > Application > Distribution > Import) as described in word file, I get error on screenshot below. Also in the log file there is an error :

"Failed to read Archive Info because Unable to find META-INF/map.ser "


There is no file named "map.ser" in zip. Is the component not updated ?

Hi,

While I've never tried to import that specific component, I did a quick search on the error and found the below support article:

That approach might work for your scenario as well.
