Error while processing duplicate records from Bulk Operator Load

Has anyone encountered issues while using "Bulk Operator Load" component with duplicate records in the input file? The records are getting updated correctly, but I'm getting "Org Unit" is not a valid number error. Any help on this would be appreciated.

The issue actually turned out to be missing leading "Zeros" for some records in the csv file. In some cases, this caused the PRPC to flag OrgUnit not valid message. For example, a record with OrgUnit 078 would work fine, whereas the same record with OrgUnit as 78 would throw error. Opening the csv file in Excel doesn't show this difference. A text editor would help to discover this.
