Is "Bulk Operator Load" component from PEGA Exchange compatible with PEGA 7.2 ?
Hi,
I'm looking for a simple way to create operators via uploading a csv file. I found out the "Bulk Operator Load" component on PEGA Exchange but I'm not able to install it on a PEGA 7.2 platform (java.lang.RuntimeException: Error reading archive: PegaArchiveException PRRuleMgmtUtils.createArchiveForRead(PRFile) Invalid clipboard stream detected in module PegaArchiveException.ParFile. Reason: scanForInventory()).
Do you know if this module can be used with PEGA 7.2 ? Are there any other existing module to do this kind of bulk creation ?

Hi,
Could you please share the url from where you had downloaded the Bulk Operator Load component.
You can also follow below steps to create operators
since the operator names are available in csc, load the data to table and would the following steps make sense.
- get the list of operators pxResults
- loop through pxResults
- create a new page (tempPage) of type 'Data-Admin-Operator-ID' initialized with pyDefault data transform
- set all the required property values to the corresponding properties
- referring to Operator ID rule form XML would of help in setting the properties on tempPage
- issue Obj-Save followed by commit.
- remove tempPage

The tool you are talking about is indeed very old ( 2009 I guess ) .
And I am not too sure whether it was tested in the later releases or not.
Nevertheless I think you can give it a shot as it comes up with a separate ruleset
