Edit "defer load" styling

The ootb styling for the loading bar you see when during loading a dynamic layout with has the defer load setting on is blue.

Which mixing do you edit to customise this "defer load" loading bar?

There is a small loading text with a blue (table) bar visible when the defer load content is loading.

This bar is blue (Pega 8.3).
