Pega Microsoft exchange compatibility
Hi ,
My application is running in pega 6.2 version recently our mailboxes got migrated from exchange 2010 to 2016 but unfortunately our app servers were not able to connect to the upgraded 2016. Got info from messaging team that pega 6.2 is not compatible with exchange 2016 is that so is there any other option we have to resolve this.

@Surekhas2995 Hello - You need to connect using Microsoft Graph which is currently supported only in PEGA 8.x . Unfortunately you don't have any direct way to use MS Graph in PEGA 6.x or 7.x
What alternatively you can try is either build a service in PEGA 8 , send request to PEGA 8 and trigger email from component (If you have PEGA 8 Application running) "OR" you would need to re-build the service in PEGA 6 to call MS GRAPH API (This is only possible if you are sending emails and will not work if you are trying to ingest any email using EMAIL Listener)
