Integration with Microsoft Exchange Server
Hello Everyone
We have a requirement to connect Exchange Server and get Global Address List and use the list for recipients while sending emails.
Is there any OOTB features/rules available with in PEGA? We are thinking to creating connect rule and use Microsoft Graph API to get the Global Address List.
We wanted to hear from community any one had implemented similar requirement and their comments or suggestions.

@SreeramK8595 We were working on a similar requirement but dropped idea due to various security challenges and took an alternative approach to use active directory.
May i know if you were able to find exact API method & req / response to get global address list?

@Raju_Botu We started analyzing the approach and noticed MS Graph API has operations to get the global address list.

@Raju_Botu if you observe closely they talked about how they resolved it. please see below.
It works but it only gets the business contacts. In my case i want to retrieve all users(employees) of my organization. Sorry for misunderstandings in my description. I researched, that i have to enable the Directory.Read.All permission to be able to return a list of all users.
