I am picking the existing case from Recents , on Portal. Case is opening in Review Mode. Actions button is available in Review Mode, it shows list of Open Assignments on the case. After selecting any open assignment , case should open into Perform mode. Once the case is opened in Perform mode , I am not able to perform any function on the case. It means , when I click on any button on the flow action it is displaying Pega's blue screen with message saying "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator" . I am using Pega 8.1.5 version.. In tracer I can see the error at CommitwithErrorHandling rule.
When the case is in Review Mode , right side it shows the open assignments with Begin link. When i click on Begin to work on the case , I am not facing the above issue.
When I open the same case in performing mode , I am not facing above issue.
As per the requirement , I should use Actions button to enter into Perform mode from Review Mode.

I started creating new case. First Stage is Case Intake. After submitting the first stage , user will land in a second stage called Analysis. In Analysis stage I added repeating dynamic layout , which display values from Outcome Pagelist, but when first time user comes here pagelist will be empty.So any action in this stage will go into blue screen. In Tracer system is throwing commit errors . Please share atleast some alternative solutions to come out of this issue.
How to avoid this issue : Once user enters into Analysis stage , immediatly user has to click on Refresh button ( Which is there in Other Actions Menu) , then issue will not be there.
Note : If pagelist has values , then issue will not be there.
