Getting error while opening object.

Hello,

I have an "Oppurtonity" work object that includes "Demo" work object. when  User A clicks on "Edit" of the Opportunity and before he clicks on submit, User B tries to open a Demo related to the same opportunity. I am getting the error in the attached screen shot. It seems that the link of pxCoveredInsKey is being deleted for some reason. any idea what might be the cause?

Assuming that you are working with a parent - child case structure , can you see whether your optimistic locking facility is enabled or not ? You can check this article to have more idea on this.
