Getting 500 error while login to finesse CTI Link

Hi Team, 

 

 I am trying to establish the connection to we had all the firewall in place we have tested the ACL connectivity by curl command. 

1 - Created the CTI Link for Finesse connection and provided the primary and secondary host information.

2 - trying to login to CTI login Page getting Internal Server Error - PFA screen shot attached .

 

Developer tool showed it as 500 error code. Can someone please explain  why its occuring? though we had all the connection available .
