Getting error while login to PEGA
Hi All,
I am getting below error wile logging into PEGA with Proprietary information hidden
PEGA 7.1.7, Weblogic 12c oracle 12c DB JDK Proprietary information hidden(JAVA7)

Dear Lochan,
I am happy to say that issue got resolved with help of PEGA support team.
Issue because of old weblogic datasources. untaged unwanted datasources(DB connections) through weblogic console.
Key steps performed to resolve the issue:
2) Clear the contents of PegaTemp directory.
3) Clear the Pega Cache tables.

Are you trying to login for the first? if yes then the user name you mentioned here is Proprietary information hidden which should be [email protected].

Hi Gurudutta,
Just had a check on the SR, it was created yesterday and has cleared the 1st stage. An engineer with the required specialized experience is yet to take ownership of the SR for investigation. I have added an internal note stating that you are unable to view this SR. Please expect a response soon!
