Hi I am getting below error while Installing Pega7

Hi Anku,
Can you run the process again, delete the files from the folder(PRPCPersonalEdition/scripts/SetupDBandUser) and also temp files.

Hi Anku,
I assume from the message you are installing 'Personal Edition' here - which should also install the database.
Are you logged in to your PC as a Local Administrator ? (You probably need to be if not).

Which version of windows are you using?
Are there any error messages in the {PE_install_root}\pgsql\PostgresLog.log?
Are there any environment variables like JAVA_HOME or CATALINA_HOME has been set?
Have you installed any postgresql before and running it as a windows service?
Before running the PE installer,
1.make sure the port 5432 is available on your machine. (cmd -> netstat -a , to see if 5432 port is not being used)
2.make sure {PE_install_root}\pgsql\data\postmaster.pid does NOT exit. (The pid file exists, if postgresql server didn't stop gracefully, and it will prevent server start up)
