Getting Errors while instaling pega personal edition 8.7

Getting errors while installing pega personal edition. getting the following errors:

  [echo] Waiting for Postgres to start... Unable to connect to database -- will retry in 1 second... Unable to connect to database -- will retry in 1 second...
