get error message when trying to use wait on basket and ticket to resolve the case

Hi, I'm using ticket to resolve the parent case. as the attached, i used route to basket and trigger by ticket.

In "draft mode on", it works fine. but when i switched to "Draft Mode Off", i got error message on the designer studio:

In "draft mode on", it works fine. but when i switched to "Draft Mode Off", i got error message on the designer studio:

"Ending Activities or Flows: An ending activity cannot have a task type of ASSIGNMENT"
 
any suggestions?

Hi June,

It is clearly saying that the flow should not end with the assignment shape. We have to connect the flow to the end connector and from there you can set a ticket. When coming to the draft mode it id for showing the flow errors. When it is in On mode it will allow the errors in the flow but when off mode it should not allow errors.Hope it will help.
