Get error message when trying to but credits with credit card

Hi,

 

When I shall purchase credits via Self Study Credit Purchase I get an error message. I enter the company, personal and billing information. I also enter my credit card information, but when I submit I get the error message "User Authentication Failed". 

What is the cause of this error?
