Cash Rewards Card & Signature Credit Card not showing
Hello, I am doing the first exercise in this course, "replacing an offer for the agent-assisted channel." When I search for offers, I do not find the "Cash Rewards card" I am supposed to unactivate. Nor do I find the "Signature Credit Card" I am suppose to activate. Suggestions? I am using IE11.

Never mind, I just searched for them both and found them. However, I thought I would see them in the list that appeared when I changed the Issue/group and neither did. Why is that?

Hi Laura
I know what you mean. After you select the Issue and Group and click Apply, you have to then click View to really search based on the filter condition you just selected. I know it's a bit tricky. Good that you found the Offers eventually.
By the way, hear's the screen shot from the solution video. If you get stuck in future, just watch the solution video. You'll find it at the bottom of the exercise steps. This is NOT the lesson video and does not contain voice. This just shows how to complete the steps in the exercise.

The "Issue/group list" is a paged list, did you check the next page?
