Generate Insights using Data page sourced from external system

Is it possible to generate insights in Constellation (table, chart, etc) on top of a datapage which is sourced from an integration system? I am using Community edition 24.2.2 Constellation application.
If not, will it be introduced in the future releases by any chance.
As of now if i try to generate insights, its showing me records not found message along with the data retrieved from integration system together in the table. Screenshots are attached in the message.
Below is the video showing the steps where i performed the scenario.

Currently i can only create list views using the data page and put them in the landing page. Thanks to the article from @KubaP
where we can configure the CRUD operations in external systems.

@JayachandraSiddipeta The issue from your video is addressed in the 24.2.2 patch (released last month). Can you please verify that your version is 24.2.2 ?
On a general note, Table Insights are supported against external sources, but in a limited capacity:
- On load, the Insight fetches as many rows as possible from the server, and then performs all subsequent operations like filter, sort, ... within the browser memory.
- That's why we don't recommend this approach if your external source has a lot of data
For Chart Insights, at this point, we do not recommend using an external source.

@SidduAdusumalli Many thanks for the update. I am using Community edition which has 24.2.2 and the video above was recorded on 10 days ago (Surely after the patch was deployed)
We are exploring Insights using Data page in order to know the limitations and the capabilities Pega offers so as to suggest the usage in applications accordingly.
Yesterday i have again spent sometime on checking the insights. Below are my latest findings,
- I see that the records manager still has the same issue. However, if i try to add a grouping on the table, then i am able to see the data properly in the table. When i remove the grouping, it again show no records found and also the records below it.
- I have even tried with new data type. After the Integration source is configured, when i try to create an insight from App studio, i am unable to view the data properly.

@JayachandraSiddipeta It looks the generated landing page is using a "List" view to show the list of countries. That feature seems to have a bug with that "No records found" message. We'll discuss internally and get it fixed.
You should be able to use an Insight on this source without that bug, though.
If you click Explore Data nav menu on App Studio, you should see this sub-menu, which lists any sources that are not backed by a report definition. Your Country data page should appear in here as well
As I mentioned in my previous comment, it'll will surface only some limited functionality

I created a new Integration (Albums) just to keep issue isolated. From App Studio i created the insight using data page and still i am able to see the "No records found" message and also the results in the table.
For another data type (Earthquakes), i am seeing that the explore data in app studio also shows the no records found. while creating the insight.
May be i will wait for the team to check this behaviour.

@JayachandraSiddipeta It looks like the issue occurs in Insights when you don't use pyGUID (Globally unique ID) as the key for the Data source.
The issue is that although pyGUID wasn't a key, it's getting marked as a relevant record. I was able to fix the issue by marking it as an inactive relevant record for my data class. Can you please try that? Please note that you'll need to log out after changing the relevant records and also close the browser tab and try in a new one (we maintain some caches on the browser tabs, best to rule that out for troubleshooting)

Finally, i was able to get it worked. Attached is the document with the screenshots of the setup and the output.
Indeed, caching is the key here and also the relevant records as well. I had to use incognito for each and every change of the data type.
I used pyGUID as the key as usually.
Finally there is some light around the corner. I will still try couple of more integrations to double check.
Records Manager landing page display issue still persists and you have already mentioned that you will check with your team internally. Will wait for your feedback on that.

In Pega Constellation 24.2.2, you can show external data from a Data Page in a table insight, but it only works well for small data sets because filtering and sorting are done on the screen, not on the server. Chart insights do not work with data from external systems. If you see a "records not found" message, it may be because the data class doesn’t use pyGUID as the key. Try marking pyGUID as the key or relevant record and clear your browser cache. This usually fixes the issue. For charts and better insight support, it’s recommended to import external data into a local Pega data type. Future versions may improve support, but this is the current limitation
