Function or common property getting updated after user input in UI
Whenever user make some changes in UI, is there any common property getting updated or any function that I can use?
I need to use this property conditionally in my javascript for dirty check alerts.

Unless there's a save on the work object, there wont be any properties available to use. The best OOTB property you can use is pyUpdateDateTime.
