function to check if user input is upper case or lowercase
can someone tell me is there any function to check if the userinput in the text field is lowercase or uppercase
plz provide how to check it

There is no in-built function to check whether the user input is Uppercase. You can write your own function and use isUpperCase(char ch) java method to validate it.

I don't think there is any OOTB function provided by Pega. But you can write your own function and use Java Regex. Please go through below link:
