Common function to check Property value

Is there any common Pega function that does both PropertyExists and PropertyHasValue? I can call both but I asked this question just for my knowledge.

Thanks for your response. I also have checked it and PropertyHasValue function will solve the purpose as in java code it checks if the property exists using getIfPresent() function.
