Formatting text in pop-up dialogue box
How can we change the text style for labels & values of text fields in a pop-up dialogue box?
We want to keep the labels as normal and text-field values (user will type in these values to values will be dispalyed) as bold text in pop-up dialogue boxes.

I am assuming you are talking about modal dialogs ?
Then you can apply the style you need on the section that is included in the flow action ?
If you are talking about "alert" pop-ups, I think that is determined by the browser

We are trying to create the dialogue box with text formatting as shown in the attached sample picture. There are some field labels in bold text and the field values in normal text style. This is not alert pop-up but a pop-up to accept user inputs.

Looks like you wants the labels of text inputs alone to be bold ? Is that right ?
Looks like the skin only gives a handle to change the styles on the text entered and not on the label associated ?
Do you want this style *ONLY* for the pop-up ?
If not, you can try over-riding this in userWorkForm

If you want it only for the pop-up, then we may need to add additional inline styles to the fields, and override them specifically in userWorkForm

May be there are other ways to do this, but a quick way I can think of is ,
Include a non-autogenerated section in your modal dialog section
