Flow stuck on Wait Shape with Childs resolved and assignment deleted from WB
Case dependency with child case to be resolved, child case resolved and observe due to lock error on the parent case, status is not updated to the case and the assignment is moved from WB and flow stuck at wait shape.
Error: Save, Delete or Commit has failed because lock "pzinskey" is not held
Can any one help me on this.

Hi,
Did the SLA Queue item associated with resuming the parent case's flow get put into a Broken-Process status? If yes, are you able to re-queue that Queue item for processing?

It is there is in the queue item, tried requeuing the item, failed and assignment is no longer available in WB. Observe assignment removed from WB first and we are getting this issue when system trying to commit the case.
