Flow cannot continue process after a shape "Wait" reached

Hi team, 

I add a "Wait" shape to my flow, set "Wait type" is "Timer", set "Reference date/time" to a "Date/Time" property, keep "Advanced wait options" as default. 

But when the "Wait" reaches target timestamp, flow cannot move forward automatically. I have to pick up the "Wait" task and click "Yes(continue)" to move on the flow. 

From  my understanding, flow will move forward automatically when "Wait" reaches it's target timestampe.

Could you give suggestions that why flow will not move forward automatically when "Wait" shape reaches target time?

hi @Bhavya, i checked agent "ServiceLevelEvents" and logs:

1) agent has the access of my rule

2) there is no error logs relate to my case

Besides,  i can manually pick up the "Wait" task and manually move forward sucessfully. Seems the "Wait" task is waiting for someone pick up to process it.
