We have a requirement to assign cases to different users according to a set of rules after 3:00 AM every day. How can we achieve this? We tried a "Wait" step in the flow, with a property of type "TimeOfDay" set to "030000" in a data transform, but the flow breaks, the flow error says that said property is not a value "Data/ Time" valid.

@EdgarIvanV : Nope. the flow will get advanced based on the date which is set. If you need the same case to be reassigned on the next day, you can still re compute the date time to set the new date and time (based on your logic) once the flow is advanced.
Your Property should be Date Time , and the case will be routed to the work list of the user you mentioned in the next assignment shape after the wait shape .
If in case you would need to route the case to same user who have worked on the same work object already after the wait is completed, then you could initialize the user who have been worked on case already as a work party and you could use work party based routing in the assignment which you will be having next to wait shape.
If in case you need to dynamically find the user to whom the case needs to be routed after wait shape is completed and route the task. Then you could create application specific routing activity and inside routing activity you could build your logic to find the user to whom the task needs to be routed.
Only for the Date time you mentioned will wait, once the data time arrived case will advance , if you need this to be work on every day , need to write a logic to check whether case is worked by the new assigned operator or not, if not again it should be routed back to the step before to the wait shape and , date time property again needs to be setted
