No Flow name specified to start the processing on Production Env

Hi,

On going live to production environment one working package we receive the following error on creating a case:

"No Flow name specified to start the processing"

The Pega Platform version is 8.2 and is on cloud. In addition, in spite of this message the flow to start the case works!
