Hi Maarten, Good morning!
I believe flow name or flow action names being appended with unique ID is expected when created from case designer to refrain from rule already exists error.
Please share your comments/thoughts, Thank you!

Hi Prani,
the flow name itself doesn't get the string _id appended, only the flow action name in the flow. It's not a unique id but just the text _id . The flow action is not created, so that can't give a rule-already-exists error. Seems more like a bug IMO.
