Getting flow action name

I arm trying to get flow action name under TaskStatus.How do you get the pyParameters in  

Declare_pyDisplay.pyDisplay(UserPortal).pyUIElements(1).pyParameters

I've added Declare_pyDisplay-> Pega-UI-RunTime-Display and  pyUIElements -> Embed-UI-RunTime-Element in pages and classes but I still can't get the properties.
