first log in to cloud based instance of Pega 7 for CPMC practice

What log in details are required to log into the cloud for practice on Pega 7? My own log in for Pega Academy isn't working, and nor is the customer1/password combination. I'm definitely entering my correct details if it's the former, but each time I get 'the information you entered was not recognised'.
