Unable to Log in on the Cloud-Based Exercise System

It said to use the User name and password provided by the exercise but I'm that info does not appear anywhere.

Which exercise are you working on? 

Also, there is a more current version of the course that is on the latest 8.3 version of Pega Customer Service.
