File Upload Issue
Hi,
I have three uploads in a form, out of which first two are working fine, but when uploading the third file upload, it is showing me the error.
Please see the attached screen shot for detail.
Please help.

Have you customized the upload control? If so please use OOTB one and try again.
If customized, what are you using on that button you have added?

It's possible that your operator's (or the operator executing the activity) access role does not have those permissions on the class noted in the error message. The following help article might be of useful to you:

As per the error message, it seems that the operator doesn't have access to perform operations on the specified class. Below articles might help you.
